Originating commercial real estate loans for my client base.  Providing financial analysis of various real estate deals including retail, office, industrial, self storage, hotels, and multi-family properties.  Developed a network of over 40 sources for loan placement across CMBS, CTL, Banks, Lifeco, and other sources.

Managed the construction of 400+ single family and multi-family residential projects.  Built over 40 new homes and multi-family residential units.  Was a California General (B) Contractor and also had an HVAC license and roofing license.  Completed over $50 million dollars in various construction projects including housing renovations, new home construction, and multi-family projects.

Black Diamond Mortgage, Inc, Vice President/Co-Founder

Managed start up and ongoing management for company with over $500 million in residential loan volume.  Personally originated over $50 million dollars in residential mortgage transactions.  Managed 12 loan officers specializeg in FHA loans.  Firm originated over 200 FHA 203k rehab loans.

Chicagoland Housing Rehabilitation Corp., Vice President

Purchased, managed construction, and handled disposition of over 400 homes in low to moderate income communities in Metro Chicago and Metro Denver.  Chicagoland Housing was a non-profit 501(c)3 with a mission to revitalize low income housing.
