DST Due Diligence

Separate due diligence on each sponsor and each particular Delaware Statutory Trust should be conducted.  Some due diligence to consider:  What type of asset class?  For retail, what are the length of firm term leases?  For apartments, what is the property class (A,B,C)?  On leveraged deals, is the loan interest only, or does it amortize?  Mark has rejected certain asset classes and also rejected individual DSTs from some of the larger sponsors in the realm.  Some firms will approve every offering available or they will sponsor their own DST offerings.  We are different.  Mark represents the client first and foremost.  Our philosophy is to protect our clients interest above all else.
